Shipping and Delivery

How delivery works

1. You place your order and pay for the products online by M-Pesa or card.
2. We call you on the number you gave to confirm the delivery address, the delivery fee and the expected timing.
3. Your order is dispatched once delivery is agreed.

Delivery fees depend on your location and the size of the order, so they are confirmed with you before dispatch rather than charged at checkout. You can ask about delivery before ordering by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to 0710 907628.

Where we deliver

Orders are dispatched from Nairobi. We confirm whether, how and when we can deliver to your location when we call you. If we cannot deliver to your area, we will tell you and refund your payment in full.

Receiving your order

• Check that packaging is intact when you receive it.
• Tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, so we can put it right.

Pest control products

Pest control products are packed and transported in their original, labelled containers. They are kept separate from food, and some couriers may have restrictions on carrying them. Store them out of reach of children, in their original containers, as the label directs.
