About these terms

This website is operated for Pestraid Kenya, which delivers all treatment services and fulfils product orders made through it. Bedbugs Control Services Kenya is Pestraid Kenya's specialist bedbug service and is not a separate company. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Information on this website

Our articles and guides are general information to help you understand bedbugs. They are not a substitute for an inspection of your property or for the label of any product you use. Product labels always take precedence over general guidance.

Treatment services

• Quotations are based on the information you give us and, where carried out, our inspection. If the situation on site differs significantly, we will explain any change before proceeding.
• Treatment methods and products are selected according to the inspection findings and applied in line with their labels.
• You agree to complete the preparation we specify and to follow re-entry and safety instructions.
• Our core service is a two-treatment programme, with the second treatment six days after the first. Where this programme is quoted, both visits form part of the service.

Eradication guarantee

The two-treatment programme is backed by an eradication guarantee. The guarantee applies only under the written guarantee terms issued with your quotation, which set out its duration, what counts as successful eradication, the rooms and items covered, the customer preparation required, how re-infestation is treated and the remedy if bedbugs persist. Nothing on this website extends or replaces those written terms. Please ask for a copy before booking if you have not received one.

Product orders

• Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings and are confirmed by our server when you place your order.
• Online payments are processed by Paystack. An order is confirmed once payment has been received.
• Delivery fees and timing are confirmed with you before dispatch. See shipping and delivery and returns and refunds.
• You must read and follow the label of any pest control product you buy. We do not sell professional-use-only products to household customers.

Liability

We take reasonable care in providing our services and information. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Kenyan consumer protection law.
