How our pricing works
Residential bedbug treatment is priced per visit, according to the size of your home. Every treatment is part of our two-treatment eradication programme, so there are always two visits, six days apart — and the full programme costs twice the per-visit price.
For example, a 2-bedroom apartment is KSh 6,500 per visit, so the complete programme is KSh 13,000 for both visits.
Why two visits?
Bedbug eggs are much harder to kill than active bedbugs, so some usually survive the first treatment and hatch afterwards. The second visit, six days later, targets those survivors and newly hatched nymphs before they can mature and lay eggs. The second visit is an essential part of the programme, not an optional extra.
What the programme includes
- Two treatment visits, six days apart, covering the rooms and furniture agreed for your home.
- Preparation instructions before the first visit.
- Re-entry and aftercare guidance for the products used.
- An eradication guarantee under the programme's written terms, provided with your booking.
Properties quoted individually
The price list covers studios, bedsitters and homes up to four bedrooms. These are quoted individually after we understand the property:
- Homes with five or more bedrooms.
- Hotels, guesthouses and serviced apartments — see hotel bedbug control.
- Offices, hostels, rental blocks and other commercial premises — see commercial bedbug control.
- Properties outside Nairobi, where availability needs to be confirmed first — see areas served.
Comparing prices
When comparing with other providers, check how many visits are included, which rooms are covered and what the guarantee says in writing. A cheaper single visit that leaves eggs behind often ends up costing more. Our article on bedbug treatment costs in Kenya explains what to look for.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does bedbug control cost in Nairobi?
Residential treatment is charged per visit by the size of your home: studio/bedsitter KSh 4,500, 1 bedroom KSh 5,500, 2 bedrooms KSh 6,500, 3 bedrooms KSh 7,500 and 4 bedrooms KSh 8,500.
Every programme includes two visits, six days apart, so the full programme is twice the per-visit price — for example KSh 13,000 for a 2-bedroom home. Larger homes, hotels and commercial premises are quoted individually. See the price list.
Will one treatment eliminate bedbugs?
We do not promise that a single visit will eliminate an infestation. Bedbug eggs are more difficult to kill than active bugs, and some insects may be hidden in places that are hard to reach on the first visit.
That is why our core service is a two-treatment programme: a second treatment six days after the first targets bedbugs that survived or hatched in the meantime.
Is a follow-up treatment necessary?
For an active infestation, yes. Our programme includes a second treatment six days after the first because eggs that survived the first visit can hatch into new nymphs. Where the two-treatment programme has been quoted, the second visit is an essential part of the service, not an optional extra.
Do you offer bedbug control outside Nairobi?
Yes. Nairobi is our main service area, and we also treat properties in Mombasa — see bedbug control in Mombasa. For other locations, call or WhatsApp us with the location and the size of the property, and we will confirm whether a visit can be arranged before giving a quotation. See areas served.
